WHERE DO YOU GUYS SHIP FROM?

Depends on the product. We work personally with various suppliers in the US and all around the world in order to save costs for you, our lovely customer.

SHIPPING

All of our orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours of your purchase, if you have not received a fulfillment confirmation email or text, we may be having an influx of orders and we will get to yours as soon as possible, we promise!

Due to limited factory capacity, we currently don’t offer expedited shipping service.  

The estimated shipping date will be calculated automatically on the product page. You may also receive your item much sooner than the estimated date, please be ready to receive your item at any point between your order date and the estimated ship date.

RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours as the item has already been sent into production for you. 

Order cancelled within 24 hours, you can choose to receive in store credit with 100% order amount, or go back to your original payment 5% of your order amount will be deducted as transaction and handling fee.

If you don’t love your order, you can return or exchange any new, unworn items, with all tags attached, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**PLEASE DO NOT SHIP TO RETURN ADDRESS**

We recommend obtaining a receipt from the shipping company when dropping off your return so that you can verify that your item was dropped off and sent back, hold on to this until your return has arrived and been processed. 

Shipping costs for your return will be deducted from your credit amount. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require photographs of the damaged parts, the photos help us win disputes against shipping providers.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Items marked ‘final sale’ and ’Clearance‘ are indeed, final, and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
